The Camelia Botnar Foundation is situated in the heart of the West Sussex countryside, midway between Brighton and Horsham and spreads over 500 acres of mixed arable, open grazing and woodlands.
The Foundation provides residential training and work experience, helping young people to learn a skilled trade, embark on a useful career path and successfully make their own way in life. The Foundation aims to train and educate those under the age of 21 who are in need due to circumstances outside of their control.
The various departments the trainees can choose from are Ironwork, Cabinet making and Joinery, Catering, Estate and Grounds Maintenance, Garden Centre and Horticulture, Pottery, Light Building Work and Painting and Decorating.
Products made by the trainees are designed and finished to a high standard and retailed commercially through Camelia Botnar Homes & Gardens, the Foundation's retail outlet.
Applicants should be in a homeless, disadvantaged or problematic situation. They may be referred to the Foundation by their probation officers, the social services, schools, organisations that help young people in difficulty or by direct approach from relatives.

All Camelia Botnar products are finished to a high standard and sold at Camelia Botnar Homes & Gardens, our extensive retail premises in Littleworth Lane, just off the A272 about two miles west of Cowfold.
Here you will find superb displays of our hardwood furniture, wrought ironwork, studio ceramics and our large garden centre.
Tucked away in the middle, is the Camelia Botnar Bistro for freshly prepared good, quality food, attentive service and a seasonal menu created by our chefs, using fresh local Sussex produce wherever possible.
